Shipping & Delivery Policy

We do not sell or send any physical goods. There are no shipping fees, no tracking numbers, no couriers and no delivery windows, because there is nothing to put in a box.

What you buy is access to an event on ApnaPixlo: a page your guests open in a browser, where they find their own photos with a selfie. That access is delivered over the internet, instantly.

The moment your payment clears, we create your event and it is live. There is no processing queue and no waiting period. You immediately get:

• The event in your dashboard, ready for you to upload photos to.
• A six-character event code and a shareable guest link — the two things you hand to your guests.
• Every feature included in the plan you paid for, active straight away. See Pricing for what each plan includes.

If a payment succeeds but you cannot see the event, that is a failure on our side — see section 6.

You share the event link or code — printed on a standee, sent on WhatsApp, or as a QR code. A guest opens it, signs in, takes a selfie, and the photos they appear in are shown to them within a few seconds. They download straight to their own phone.

Nothing is posted or emailed to your guests, and we never contact them on your behalf. The link is the delivery.

Your event is delivered instantly, but the photos in it are yours to upload. After each upload we index the faces in that photo so guests can be matched against it — usually a few seconds per photo.

A photo only becomes findable once that indexing finishes. So upload before your guests start searching, rather than during.

Each event stays live for the lifespan of its plan, counted from when it was created:

• Free — 3 days
• Basic — 10 days
• Pro — 30 days

When that time is up, the event and every photo in it are permanently deleted — this is a privacy commitment, not a storage limit, and it cannot be undone or recovered afterwards. Tell your guests to download what they want before the event expires, and keep your own copies of your originals.

If your payment went through and the event was never created, or the event does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full. That is not a change-of-mind refund — it falls under the "when the fault is ours" section of our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which applies to every plan.

Because delivery is a web link, ApnaPixlo works anywhere with an internet connection. We are based in Surat, Gujarat, India, our prices are in Indian Rupees, and payments are processed in India through Razorpay.
