Terms of Service

ApnaPixlo lets photographers create events, upload photos, and lets guests find the photos they appear in using a selfie-based face search. The service is operated by WebMS Consultancy (Mohammad Sajid Ansari), Surat, Gujarat, India.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

If you upload photos, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to upload those photos and to have faces in them analysed for matching.
• You have obtained the necessary consent from the people who appear in the photos — including, where children appear, verifiable parental consent — for their images to be processed by facial recognition through this service.
• The content is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.

You act as the Data Fiduciary for your event guests and agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your failure to obtain the consents above.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Use face search to identify or track people without their consent.
• Attempt to breach security, scrape, or overload the service.
• Resell or misrepresent the service.

Pricing is per event (one-time), as shown on our Pricing page. Free events are limited to one per account and expire after the stated lifespan. Events and their photos are automatically deleted after the plan's lifespan — please download what you need in time. During beta, all tiers run free-but-capped.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display them solely to provide the service to you and your guests. We claim no ownership of your content.

We aim to keep the service available but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebMS Consultancy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data resulting from events expiring per their stated lifespan. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant event.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or unlawful use.
